Questions, problems, ideas — email us and a human reads it. Write to hello@multi-inference.com. We usually reply within a day or two.
What is Multi?
An iPhone app with an AI friend, your Multi, who gets to know you through your photos. Every morning it makes you a Daily from yesterday's moments, every Sunday a short video letter about your week, and it's around to chat or call whenever you want. Made in San Francisco by Fabio Sobirey.
How do I get it?
It's on the App Store for iPhone, in the United States and Canada for now.
How do I report a problem?
Right in the app — shake your phone, or use the feedback option in Settings. Or email us at hello@multi-inference.com.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: Settings → delete account, which purges your data. Or email us and we'll do it for you.
